The Human Condition “The Personal”

This is our common state.  Our linear, dualistic mindset that identifies with the story of the self and a subjective/objective reality.  It is this mindset of future/past, win/lose, fight/flight, right/wrong, me/them, that is the root cause of pain and suffering. In this state we develop unhealthy obsession with the ego, self-separation, attachment, ownership, and control. The culture is so steeped in this that this untrue messages are reinforced all around us.  The good news is that once we become aware of the nature of this mindset, we can free ourselves of it.  This is where developing conscious awareness is key.

The Experience of Awakening

Can occur in many ways, through music, nature, yoga, meditation, etc. At first it's a wake-up but over time & through each experience it becomes stronger and more engrained in who we are, the Awakened Self. Typically a life-altering experience of deep connection, wholeness & Love; the realization of the infinite-creative force in ourselves and everything else, Universal Consciousness. An awakening can activate the meditative mind which expands awareness, see the good in all & challenge as opportunity. It can raise vagal tone which improves all bodily functions & amplifies well-being. It activates the Radiant Body for energetic self-healing.
