Activate, align and attune your chakras and energy body through this deeply healing and profound yoga and meditation experience. This special class will consist primarily of pranayama, meditation and sound healing designed to help you realize the infinite potential of who you are and your own ability to heal.
Use of harmonics and voice toning will focus on each chakra to give you a comprehensive experience of energy body activation. Through deep pranayama and sound you can expect to experience higher states of love, joy, bliss, and levels of meditation that would traditionally take years to accomplish.
We will begin this 90 minute session with a simple yoga warmup and follow with 60 minutes of guided breathwork, meditation and sound therapy. A basic understanding of yoga and meditation is helpful but not required.
Scientific research is proving what ancient Yogi’s already knew, that controlled breathing (pranayama) may be the most important element to our health, happiness, and fulfillment. As the only part of our Autonomic Nervous System that we can control, breathwork allows us to directly optimize our body functions and improve our mental, emotional and physical condition. Breathwork is so effective that it is being supported by the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs as a legitimate solution to PTSD.
This workshop and special breathwork practice is ideal for students and teachers who seek do deepen their yoga awareness and experience the healing benefits of pranayama. Learn all about the phenomenon of breathwork and how it acts with the Vagas Nerve to cure multiple disorders. We will dive deep into the yoga secrets, various applications and exponential benefits of breathwork. We will cover a variety of different practices you can do daily, and how they can be effective in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, lack of energy and the myriad of human “dis-ease.” We will focus on everything from the basics to the most powerful forms of pranayama which can significantly improve our life when done daily. We will cover how breath can bring us into the deepest levels of meditation, expand our yoga practice and be utilized in order to master our mind-body awareness and connection.
We will conclude this special class with 60 minutes of “Healing Breath Yoga, Meditation & Sound Therapy,” a deeply healing and profound yoga and meditation experience.
Learn the wisdom and experience the profound benefits of “The Yoga for Awakening.” In this workshop we will cover, and practice, the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and how kriya, asana,pranayama, mantra, mudra, dristi, and meditation are all utilized together to create an energetically elevating and deeper yoga experience.We will discuss the importance of dedication to a daily personal practice, or “Sadhana,” and how you can receive your own personal practice through Yoga Numerology.Half of this workshop will be dedicated to discussion and half will be dedicated to practice followed by gong meditation, so bring your notepad and your yoga mat for this uniquely rich experience.
