Shamanic Breath Yoga Meditation & Sound Healing

90 minutes -

Activate, align and attune your chakras and energy body through this deeply healing and profound yoga and meditation experience.  This special class will consist primarily of pranayama, meditation and sound healing designed to help you realize the infinite potential of who you are and your own ability to heal.

Use of harmonics and voice toning will focus on each chakra to give you a comprehensive experience of energy body activation.  Through deep pranayama and sound you can expect to experience higher states of love, joy, bliss, and levels of meditation that would traditionally take years to accomplish.

We will begin this 90 minute session with a simple yoga warmup and follow with 60 minutes of guided breathwork, meditation and sound therapy. A basic understanding of yoga and meditation is helpful but not required.

Spiritual Alchemy – Yoga for Self Mastery, Empowerment & Inner Healing

“Spiritual Alchemy” is a process of turning fear, pain & suffering into happiness, strength & well being. This transformative power lies within us all and through dedication to the right daily practice you can achieve this and begin a new life of health, happiness. This inspiring and interactive experience is a blend of discussion and practice, along with eastern and western perspectives on how traditional yogic practices and lifestyle can completely transform our lives. It will teach you how to live with optimum health, purpose and meaning, along with how you can turn the negative into the positive, challenge into opportunity, and fear into love. Students will also be given a optional 40-day practice proven to be effective in overcoming trauma, personal challenge and promoting greater health in mind, body & spirit.

The Energy Body – The Chakras, Kundalini, & The Aura

When it comes to our health, happiness and well-being there may be no other factor more important than the unseen nature of our “Energy Body.” The Energy Body is fundamental to life-force energy and our connection with the divine. It is our source for protection against negative energy and disease, and our source for projecting our gift, passion and value into the world. When it is strong it brings in the law of attraction, puts us “in the flow,” empowers us, and places us in the right places at the right time. A strong and healthy Energy Body allows us to be masterful and live an extraordinary life. In this inspiring and interactive workshop we will cover how The Energy Body is our natural source for physical, emotional and spiritual health and well being.  How it acts as an energetic shield of protection (Aura) against negative energy and disease and projects our gifts, passion and creativity into the world.  How it relates to the Chakras, Kundalini energy, and our physiological health through the Vagus Nerve.  How it can draw in the Law of Attraction, empower us by placing us in the right places at the right time, and how it keeps us healthy, happy and in alignment with the flow of the Universe

Breathe, Energize, Heal – Pranayama Immersion

Scientific research is proving what ancient Yogi’s already knew, that controlled breathing (pranayama) may be the most important element to our health, happiness, and fulfillment. As the only part of our Autonomic Nervous System that we can control, breathwork allows us to directly optimize our body functions and improve our mental, emotional and physical condition. Breathwork is so effective that it is being supported by the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs as a legitimate solution to PTSD.

This workshop and special breathwork practice is ideal for students and teachers who seek do deepen their yoga awareness and experience the healing benefits of pranayama.  Learn all about the phenomenon of breathwork and how it acts with the Vagas Nerve to cure multiple disorders.  We will dive deep into the yoga secrets, various applications and exponential benefits of breathwork. We will cover a variety of different practices you can do daily, and how they can be effective in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, lack of energy and the myriad of human “dis-ease.” We will focus on everything from the basics to the most powerful forms of pranayama which can significantly improve our life when done daily.  We will cover how breath can bring us into the deepest levels of meditation, expand our yoga practice and be utilized in order to master our mind-body awareness and connection.

We will conclude this special class with 60 minutes of “Healing Breath Yoga, Meditation & Sound Therapy,” a deeply healing and profound yoga and meditation experience.

Kundalini Immersion Workshop

Learn the wisdom and experience the profound benefits of “The Yoga for Awakening.” In this workshop we will cover, and practice, the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and how kriya, asana,pranayama, mantra, mudra, dristi, and meditation are all utilized together to create an energetically elevating and deeper yoga experience.We will discuss the importance of dedication to a daily personal practice, or “Sadhana,” and how you can receive your own personal practice through Yoga Numerology.Half of this workshop will be dedicated to discussion and half will be dedicated to practice followed by gong meditation, so bring your notepad and your yoga mat for this uniquely rich experience.

Yoga Numerology Workshop

Discover the ancient Yogi secrets to personal healing, inner awakening & reaching your greatest human potential. Similar to the chakras, The 10 Energy Body System provides an extremely useful understanding of the energetic frequencies that keep us alive & align us with the flow of the Universe. Yoga Numerology is determined by a persons birth date and identifies the underlying factors that either prevent or allow us to reach our greatest human potential. It is like a blueprint for how we can discover our purpose and fulfill our destiny in our lifetime. A persons numerology is also used as a guide to determine a personalized yoga practice for an individuals goals and needs.
